For a monetary reward, they promised to “help” with the exam: the police exposed the head of the driving school and his accomplice

Thus, the director of one of the driving schools in Transcarpathia offered his “graduates” for a reward to pass an exam for the right to drive a vehicle and obtain a driver's license.

Among the conspirators of the defendant is the administrator of one of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Law enforcers established that a 45-year-old man offered the trainees of a driver training course for a financial “reward” to influence the decision of the employees of the territorial service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine to successfully pass the driving exam.

The man involved a 51-year-old woman, the administrator of the CCC, to his meetings, who allegedly provided a set of passing scores to the “graduates” of the driving school during the driving exam. Based on the results obtained, future drivers received rights without actually checking their driving skills, knowledge and skills.

During the investigative and operational measures, internal security officers and investigators of the Transcarpathian police documented the fact that the head of the school received an illegal benefit — UAH 18,000 — in exchange for the passing of the exam by two students of the driving course.

At the moment, the head of the driving school has been notified of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 369-2 (Abuse of influence) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and its accomplices under Part 5 of Art. 361 (Unauthorized interference in the work of information (automated), electronic communication, information and communication systems, electronic communication networks) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
