Soon this project, which is implemented within the framework of the initiative “Without Barriers”, presented by First Lady Elena Zelenska and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Ekaterina Pavlichenko, will be implemented in Odessa.

Last Friday, the driving school operating on the basis of the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs was granted accreditation for training future drivers, in particular, persons with disabilities for category “B”. The institution has created all conditions for inclusive access to training and re-education of every citizen without exception.

Recall that the main goal of the project is to provide equal opportunities for everyone and everywhere, to create a holistic and high-quality public service for obtaining a driver's license. A country without barriers. It is on this basis that this project is built.

Note that candidates for a driver apply twice to the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Once after the theoretical module, to compose a theory with us and gain admission to practice. And then after the practical training module, to already successfully pass the practice and get your first driver's license.

We create a platform of opportunities for everyone who wants to get a driver's license as well as retrain. Together we are building an inclusive country in which freedom, comfort and safety of movement will not be a privilege, but an accessible opportunity for all.
