In Ukraine, the Association of Representatives of Law Enforcement Agencies stands in defense of the rights of women security officers.

This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs today, October 10, during the forum “The feat does not know gender”.

“The Ukrainian Association of Law Enforcement Representatives is a voluntary, non-profit organization that aims to break down barriers and create a favorable environment for women in law enforcement agencies. The association creates conditions for direct communication, regardless of rank and rank,” she said.

Kateryna Pavlichenko noted that communication with foreign colleagues once again proved that all women law enforcement officers have common problems. Therefore, the task of creating favorable conditions of service for women has no boundaries.

“Women's law enforcement associations exist all over the world. Ukraine is no exception. I invite women to join our organization. In each region, in each region we have our own representative offices. Together we will be able to learn, exchange experiences and change attitudes towards the gender issue,” the Deputy Minister stressed.

Kateryna Pavlichenko stressed that the main goal of the Association is to train and improve their skills and abilities with the involvement of the best international practices and experience.
