Official duties |
carries out work on the development and coordination of draft international treaties, international documents with ministries, other central executive bodies, as well as structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and with other parties (counterparties); elaborates and prepares proposals for the coordination developed by the National Guard of Ukraine, the central executive bodies, the activities of which are directed and coordinated by the Minister of Internal Affairs, of draft international treaties falling within the competence of these bodies; elaborates and prepares proposals for the approval of draft international treaties of Ukraine, draft laws and other legal acts that have been submitted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and relate to international cooperation; carries out work on the implementation of internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of international treaties developed on the initiative or with the participation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs; develops draft legislative and other regulatory acts of Ukraine, draft regulatory and organizational and administrative acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on issues within the competence of the Department; examines and develops documents on international cooperation submitted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, prepares proposals for them; provides advisory and methodological assistance to structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs apparatus, territorial bodies, institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the organization of international cooperation; ensures, within the competence of the department, the consideration of appeals and requests of individuals and legal entities (including requests for public information), parliamentary appeals and requests |

Terms of pay |
official salary — UAH 10,600; allowances, surcharges, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”; increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended) |

1) application for participation in the competition indicating the main reasons for holding the position according to the form in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Procedure for holding a tender for public service positions, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2016 No. 246 (as amended); 2) a summary in the form in accordance with Annex 2 1, in which the following information is necessarily indicated: surname, first name, patronymic of the candidate; details of the document certifying the identity and confirming the citizenship of Ukraine; confirmation of the availability of an appropriate degree of higher education; confirmation of the level of fluency in the state language; information about work experience, civil service experience (if available), work experience in relevant positions in the relevant field defined in the competition, and in managerial positions (if applicable); 3) a statement informing that it is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Purge of Power”, and gives consent to the inspection and to the disclosure of information about it in accordance with the said Law.
