Official duties |
supervises the organization of preventive and therapeutic measures aimed at protecting and strengthening the health of persons served in the health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and their implementation in accordance with the standards established by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine; organizes the introduction of the latest technologies, new methods of diagnosis and treatment; provides work planning, development of targeted and prospective programs of departmental medicine on the organization of medical care, controls their implementation and implementation; organizes the work of health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to eliminate the causes and conditions of occurrence and spread of outbreaks of infectious and other diseases, epidemics, poisonings, etc. among the attached contingent. Organizes the preparation of relevant documents, including methodological recommendations, instructions, instructions, etc. Directly participates in the development of draft regulations on the treatment of diseases of any nosology, including those with COVID-19; within the competence organizes the consideration of calculations of the cost of paid services provided by institutions; organizes the provision of institutions with medical equipment, medicines, dressings, etc. Provides control over their storage, accounting and rational use; in the prescribed manner, including with departure to the place, considers complaints, applications, letters and other correspondence received by the Department, receives citizens; by order of the Director of the Department, heads the inspection teams for auditing the activities of institutions, provides preparation of tasks and their briefing; participates in the preparation of draft estimates for the maintenance of institutions and, together with the Department of Financial and Accounting Policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, monitors the implementation of its articles; contributes to ensuring the implementation of a unified state policy aimed at achieving equal rights and opportunities for women and men |

Terms of pay |
official salary — 16 000 UAH; allowances, surcharges, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”; increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended) |

1) application for participation in the competition indicating the main reasons for holding the position according to the form in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Procedure for holding a tender for public service positions, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2016 No. 246 (as amended); 2) a summary in the form in accordance with Annex 2 1, in which the following information is necessarily indicated: surname, first name, patronymic of the candidate; details of the document certifying the identity and confirming the citizenship of Ukraine; confirmation of the availability of an appropriate degree of higher education; confirmation of the level of fluency in the state language; information about work experience, civil service experience (if available), work experience in relevant positions in the relevant field defined in the competition, and in managerial positions (if applicable); 3) a statement informing that it is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Purge of Power”, and gives consent to the inspection and to the disclosure of information about it in accordance with the said Law.
