General conditions

Official duties

participates in the development of information, image policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, its implementation, as well as organizes and conducts special information events;

collects information, prepares and distributes information reports on the activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the progress of state policy in the relevant field;

participates in filling pages in social networks, the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and ensuring its functioning in the mode of an information agency;

interacts with employees of print media, which provide preparation of photo materials on law enforcement issues, provides them with practical assistance in obtaining the necessary materials;

prepares auxiliary materials necessary for the creation of television programs;

prepares and sends responses to letters, appeals, statements, complaints, requests for information on issues within the competence of the department;

within the limits of its competence, in a specified sphere of activity, the Department provides interaction with the structural units of the Ministry's apparatus, central executive bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Minister, the National Guard, institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

ensures the implementation of legislative acts, carries out systematic control over their implementation within the limits and procedure established by law and participates in the development of draft legislative and regulatory acts, current and future plans for the work of the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Department;

performs other functions in accordance with the tasks and responsibilities within the powers defined in this job description.

Terms of pay

official salary — UAH 10,600;

allowances, surcharges, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”;

increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended)

Information about the duration or indefinite duration of the appointment to the position

indefinitely;

the term of appointment of a person who has reached the age of 65 is one year with the right of re-appointment without the obligatory holding of a competition annually

List of information required to participate in the competition and the deadline for its submission

1) application for participation in the competition indicating the main reasons for taking up the position according to the form in accordance with Appendix 2 of the Procedure for holding a tender for public service positions, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2016 No. 246 (as amended);

2) a summary in the form in accordance with Annex 2 1, in which the following ^information is necessarily indicated:

surname, first name, patronymic of the candidate;

details of the document certifying the identity and confirming the citizenship of Ukraine;

confirmation of the availability of an appropriate degree of higher education;

confirmation of the level of fluency in the state language;

information about work experience, civil service experience (if available), work experience in relevant positions in the relevant field defined in the competition, and in managerial positions (if applicable);

3) a statement informing that it is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Purge of Power”, and gives consent to the inspection and to the disclosure of information about it in accordance with the said Law.
