Official duties |
directly manages the work of the department, controls the state of organizational and executive discipline, the quality of execution of tasks and orders of the management of the Ministry by subordinate employees; organizes and provides: performance of tasks and functions assigned to the department; implementation of the work plans of the Ministry and the Department on issues related to the work of the department; preparation of necessary information, analytical, statistical, reference materials, report notes, orders and other documents on issues within the competence of the department; monitoring and control over the performance by employees of the department of job instructions, rules of internal labor and service regulations; participation in the development of draft legislative and regulatory acts in the areas of work of the department; verification of the completeness of documents received from the structural units of the Ministry and their transfer to the First Deputy Minister for signature or visa; processing incoming correspondence received for consideration by the First Deputy Minister from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Administration of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, from the People's Deputies of Ukraine, ministries and other central executive bodies, local self-government bodies, organizations, departments, etc., and draft resolutions and instructions for this correspondence; increase the level of personal professional competence and improve the organization of the department's official activities; increasing the level of professional competence of civil servants of the department through participation in training; the implementation of a unified state policy aimed at achieving equal rights and opportunities for women and men within their powers and complying within the competence of the principles of ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men in their activities, preventing and countering discrimination on the basis of sex. Terms of pay |
official salary — 13 700 UAH; allowances, surcharges, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”; increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended) |

1) application for participation in the competition indicating the main reasons for holding the position according to the form in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Procedure for holding a tender for public service positions, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2016 No. 246 (as amended); 2) a summary in the form in accordance with Annex 2 1, in which the following information is necessarily indicated: surname, first name, patronymic of the candidate; details of the document certifying the identity and confirming the citizenship of Ukraine; confirmation of the availability of an appropriate degree of higher education; information about work experience, civil service experience (if available), work experience in relevant positions in the relevant field defined in the competition, and in managerial positions (if applicable); 3) a statement informing that it is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Purge of Power”, and gives consent to the inspection and disclosure of information about it in accordance with the said Law; 4) a copy of the State Certificate on the level of proficiency in the state language (extract from the register of State certificates on the level of proficiency in the state language), confirming the level of proficiency in the state language, determined by the National Commission on Standards of the State Language. Submission of applications to the application is not mandatory.
