General conditions

Official duties

organizes and supervises within the competence of the employees of the Directorate of acts of legislation of Ukraine, orders and orders of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

submits to the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the prescribed manner proposals for the formation and implementation of state policy in the spheres of activity of the State Border Service of Ukraine and the State Migration Service of Ukraine;

issues organizational and administrative acts on the activities of the Directorate, exercises control over their implementation;

makes proposals to the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for conducting official investigations, checks for non-fulfillment or improper performance of official duties (instructions), as well as violations of the rules of ethical conduct and other violations of official discipline (disciplinary offenses) committed by employees of the Directorate or with their participation;

makes proposals to the State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the appointment and dismissal of employees of the Directorate, the assignment of ranks to civil servants, the establishment of salaries, surcharges, allowances, bonuses, incentives, including state awards, as well as on bringing them to disciplinary responsibility;

make proposals to the State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs regarding official business trips of employees of the Directorate and the granting of vacations provided for by law to employees of the Directorate;

contribute to ensuring the implementation of a unified state policy aimed at achieving equal rights and opportunities for women and men, within its powers;

processes documents containing state secrets in the areas of activity of the Directorate and monitors compliance with the requirements of the legislation on the protection of state secrets, the preservation of information with limited access and the observance of the secrecy regime in the Directorate;

informs the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs about the results of the analysis of the reports of the Administration of the State Border Guard Service and the SMS on the implementation of work plans and tasks assigned to them, on the elimination of violations and shortcomings identified during the inspections of the activities of the State Border Guard Service and the SMS, as well as on the bringing to justice the officials guilty of the violations committed Decisions

Terms of pay

official salary — 19 900 UAH;

allowances, surcharges, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”;

increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended)

Information about the duration or indefinite duration of the appointment to the position

indefinitely;

the term of appointment of a person who has reached the age of 65 is one year with the right of re-appointment without the obligatory holding of a competition annually

List of information required to participate in the competition and the deadline for its submission

1) application for participation in the competition indicating the main reasons for holding the position according to the form in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Procedure for holding a tender for public service positions, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2016 No. 246 (as amended);

2) a summary in the form in accordance with Annex 2 1, in which the following ^information is necessarily indicated:

surname, first name, patronymic of the candidate;

details of the document certifying the identity and confirming the citizenship of Ukraine;

confirmation of the availability of an appropriate degree of higher education;

information about work experience, civil service experience (if available), work experience in relevant positions in the relevant field defined in the competition, and in managerial positions (if applicable);

3) a statement informing that it is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Purge of Power”, and gives consent to the inspection and disclosure of information about it in accordance with the said Law;

4) a copy of the State Certificate on the level of proficiency in the state language (extract from the register of State certificates on the level of proficiency in the state language), confirming the level of proficiency in the state language, determined by the National Commission on Standards of the State Language.
