holding a tender for the position of public service category “B” — Director of the Department of Legal Support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Official duties |
ensures the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the legal service; supervises and coordinates the activities of the legal services of the territorial bodies of the Ministry, institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of its management; submits to the Secretary of State of the Ministry proposals for the recruitment, transfer, dismissal of employees of the legal service, heads of the legal service of the territorial bodies of the Ministry, institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of its management, their encouragement or prosecution in accordance with the law; distributes functional duties between his first deputy and deputies, other employees of the Department, exercises control over their implementation; gives orders, which are required for execution by the employees of the Department, relating to the performance of the tasks of the Department, supervises their implementation; monitors the preservation of state secrets, information with limited access and compliance with the secrecy regime in the Department; makes proposals to the Secretary of State of the Ministry regarding: appointment and dismissal of civil servants and employees of the Department, assignment of ranks to civil servants, surcharges, allowances, awards, their encouragement, including state awards, and bringing them to disciplinary responsibility; business trips of civil servants of the Department; provision of leave provided by law to employees of the Department; carries out control over: the state of office work in the Department, in accordance with the established procedure, takes measures to ensure the regime of secrecy, logistical, financial and other provision of the Department's activities; compliance with the rules of internal service (labor) regulations by employees of the Department; is involved in the work of the commission for conducting competitive selection for the vacant position of the head of the legal service of the territorial body of the Ministry, institution, institution, enterprise belonging to the sphere of its management; Visits draft orders, letters and other documents submitted to the management of the Ministry and the Secretary of State of the Ministry for approval (visa) and signature, signs on behalf of the Department letters, appeals, notifications and other documents related to the performance of the tasks and functions of the Department; develops draft legislative acts and regulatory acts, personally develops draft contracts of a civil and economic nature; takes personal part in court sessions during the consideration of cases |

Terms of pay |
official salary — 19 900 UAH; allowances, surcharges, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”; increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended) |

1) application for participation in the competition indicating the main reasons for holding the position according to the form in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Procedure for holding a tender for public service positions, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2016 No. 246 (as amended); 2) a summary in the form in accordance with Annex 2 1, in which the following information is necessarily indicated: surname, first name, patronymic of the candidate; details of the document certifying the identity and confirming the citizenship of Ukraine; confirmation of the availability of an appropriate degree of higher education; confirmation of the level of fluency in the state language; information about work experience, civil service experience (if available), work experience in relevant positions in the relevant field defined in the competition, and in managerial positions (if applicable); 3) a statement informing that it is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Purge of Power”, and gives consent to the inspection and to the disclosure of information about it in accordance with the said Law. Submission of applications to the application is not mandatory. Information is accepted until 18:00pm on 02 June 2021 |
