Official duties

Documentation of entry into the civil service, its passage and termination in the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Control over the timeliness of the preparation of materials for assigning ranks to civil servants in the assigned departments of the apparatus, institutions and institutions of the Ministry, keeps records of this work.

Consideration of appeals of citizens, institutions and organizations, requests and appeals of people's deputies, requests for information on issues that fall within the competence of the department.

Registration of vacations for employees of the departments assigned to it.

Registration and timely filling of workbooks of employees of the departments assigned to it.

Preparation of draft orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on personnel.

Participates in the development of draft regulations on the performance of civil servants, as well as elaborates regulations that come from other ministries and departments on these issues.

Other work related to the application of labor law and civil service.

Terms of pay

Salary — 5900 UAH

Surcharge to the official salary by rank in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 18.01.2017 No. 15 “Issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies”.

Surcharges and surcharges (in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”).

List of documents required for participation in the competition and the deadline for their submission

A copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine.

A written application for participation in the competition indicating the main reasons for taking up a civil service position, to which a resume is attached in an arbitrary form.

A written statement in which a person informs that he is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Cleansing of Power” and gives his consent to the inspection and disclosure of information about him in accordance with the said Law or a copy of the certificate of the established form on the results of such verification.

Copy (copies) of the document (s) on education.

Certificate of attestation for fluency in the state language.

Completed personal card of the established sample.

Declaration of the person authorized to perform the functions of the state or local government, for the past year.

Documents submitted for participation in the competition are accepted until 18.00 on July 13, 2017.

The Constitution of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine “On the Civil Service”, “On Prevention of Corruption” and other laws of Ukraine, international treaties, consent to the obligation of which is given by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the central executive bodies, forming and implementing state policy in the field of civil service, the Code of Labor Laws of Ukraine, Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, orders of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
