General conditions

Official duties

provides information and methodological assistance to employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, police officers, other employees of the National Police of Ukraine,
servicemen and employees of the National Guard of Ukraine, injured during the anti-terrorist operation/operation of the Joint Forces, pensioners and veterans from among the rank and file the head of the internal affairs bodies and the National Police of Ukraine, members of their families in the exercise of the right to sanatorium-resort provision in medical rehabilitation centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (hereinafter referred to as the MRI) in accordance with the current legislation and regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;

provides proposals for improving the system of rehabilitation and sanatorium-resort treatment, recovery and rest in the MRI;

participates in the preparation of information for the
distribution of messages on the allocation of vouchers for sanatorium-resort treatment, recovery and rest;

participates in the work of inspection teams for checking the activities of the MRC, ensuring the preparation of tasks during business trips;

prepares projects of organizational and methodological materials, methodological recommendations and instructions on the organization of rehabilitation, sanatorium-resort treatment, rehabilitation and rest in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine;

participates in the preparation in the areas of activity within the competence of the department, materials for consideration in the committees;

participates in the elaboration of draft regulations, preparation of draft orders, guidelines
, directives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Department of Health and Rehabilitation on issues regulating the provision of rehabilitation and sanatorium-resort treatment, rehabilitation and recreation;

considers citizens' appeals on issues of rehabilitation, sanatorium-resort treatment, wellness and recreation and on other issues

Terms of pay

official salary — UAH 10,600;

allowances, surcharges, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”;

increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended)

Information about the duration or indefinite duration of the appointment to the position

for the period of leave to care for a child until he reaches the age of three of the main worker

the term of appointment of a person who has reached the age of 65 is one year with the right of re-appointment without the obligatory holding of a competition annually

List of information required to participate in the competition and the deadline for its submission

1) application for participation in the competition indicating the main reasons for holding the position according to the form in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Procedure for holding a tender for public service positions, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2016 No. 246 (as amended);

2) a summary in the form in accordance with Annex 2 1, in which the following ^information is necessarily indicated:

surname, first name, patronymic of the candidate;

details of the document certifying the identity and confirming the citizenship of Ukraine;

confirmation of the availability of an appropriate degree of higher education;

confirmation of the level of fluency in the state language;

information about work experience, civil service experience (if available), work experience in relevant positions in the relevant field defined in the competition, and in managerial positions (if applicable);

3) a statement informing that it is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Purge of Power”, and gives consent to the inspection and to the disclosure of information about it in accordance with the said Law.
