The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 22, 2023 No. 1366 amended the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 28, 1993 No. 379 “On certificates for the right to enjoy benefits for family members of servicemen who died (died) or went missing during military service in respect of the procedure for issuing certificates.

Production of forms and issuance of certificates to members of families of servicemen who died (died) or went missing during military service is carried out by the National Guard of Ukraine and the State Border Service of Ukraine.
