In accordance with Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”, subsection 1 of paragraph 5, paragraph 9 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 28, 2015 No. 878, paragraph 6, paragraph 1 of Chapter VIII of the Methodology of Corruption Risk Management, approved by the order of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption dated December 28, 2021 No. 830/21, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 17, 2022 under No. 219/37555,

I ORDER:

1. Approve Amendments to the Anti-Corruption Program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for 2023—2025, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 28, 2023 No. 136, attached.

2. The Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Reva M.) shall ensure the posting of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within three days from the date of issuance of this order.

3. I reserve control over the execution of this order.
