On the approval of the Anti-Corruption Program of the
Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for 2023 — 2025

In accordance with Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”, subsection 1 of paragraph 5, paragraph 9 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 28, 2015 No. 878,

I ORDER:

1. Approve the Anticorruption Program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for 2023—2025, which is attached.

2. Within three days from the date of registration of this order, the Communications Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs shall ensure the posting of this order and the Anti-Corruption Program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for 2023—2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Anti-Corruption Program) on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

3. The National Police of Ukraine, the Administration of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the State Migration Service of Ukraine, the Main Directorate of the National Guard of Ukraine, the heads of structural units of the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the heads of institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to areas of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs:

1) within the limits of the responsibility defined by the Anti-Corruption Program to ensure the implementation of the measures provided for in it within the established deadlines;

2) quarterly — until January 05, April 05, July 05 and October 05 — submit to the Corruption Prevention Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (e-mail address: [email protected], phone 254 90 59) information on the state of implementation of the Anti-Corruption Program in accordance with the specified indicators.

4. To ensure the Department of Corruption Prevention of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to summarize the submitted materials and inform about the state of implementation of the Anti-Corruption Program in accordance with the specified indicators of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption within the established deadlines.

5. The anti-corruption program is put into effect from the moment of signing this order.

6. To recognize as invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of January 31, 2020 No. 84 “On approval of the Anti-Corruption Program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for 2020-2022”.

7. I reserve control over the execution of this order.
