On the formation of a working group on corruption risk
assessment in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

In accordance with Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”, Corruption Risk Management Methodology, approved by the Order of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption dated December 28, 2021 No. 830/21, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 17, 2022 under No. 219/37555, in order to ensure the implementation of assessment measures corruption risks in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

I ORDER:

1. Establish a working group on corruption risk assessment in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and approve its attached composition.

2. Approve the Regulation on the Working Group on Corruption Risk Assessment in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, attached.

3. To recognize as invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated January 04, 2017 No. 1 “On the organization of preparation of the anti-corruption program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for 2017” (with amendments).

4. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to Deputy Minister S. Goncharov.
