On Approval of Amendments to the Anti-Corruption programs of the Ministry of the Interior Ukraine for 2023 — 2025 |

In accordance with Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption”, subsection 1 of paragraph 5, paragraph 9 of the Regulation on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 28, 2015 No. 878, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 04, 2023 No. 220 “On approval of the State Anti-Cocktail the program for 2023—2025” and in connection with organizational and staff changes in the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs I ORDER: 1. Approve Amendments to the Anti-Corruption Program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for 2023—2025, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated February 28, 2023 No. 136, attached. 2. The Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs shall ensure that this order is posted on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within three days from the date of issuance of this order. 3. I reserve control over the execution of this order. |

Changes to the Anti-Corruption Program Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for 2023—2025 |

1. Paragraph 7 of paragraph 6 of section I shall state in the following version: “7) measures for the implementation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Anti-Corruption Strategy for 2021—2025, approved by the Law of Ukraine of June 20, 2022 No. 2322-IX, and the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023—2025, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 04, 2023 No. 220 (Appendix 4)”. 2. In the Annexes to this Anti-Corruption Program: 1) in Appendix 1: Put the title in the following version: “Measures to implement the principles of the anti-corruption policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs”; in Section I: in paragraph 7 of paragraph 1 of the line |
