Order developed for the implementation of subparagraph 7 of paragraph 1803 of the Plan of Measures for the Implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine, of the one part, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the other part, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 25, 2017 No. 1106, in order to bring the regulatory framework in force in the field of road traffic organization, training of drivers of vehicles and taking exams, issuing a driver's license and admission to drive vehicles, in accordance with to the provisions of the legislation of the European Union by implementing Directive 2006/126/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 2006 on driving licences, which will allow to unify the structure of initial driving training sites in establishments providing training, retraining and retraining of drivers, its features for the implementation of manoeuvres and exercises to be tested for road safety, objective 1 of the National Action Plan for the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities for the period up to 2025, approved by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 07, 2021 No. 285-r, on the creation of conditions for ensuring equal rights and opportunities for persons with disabilities, as well as bringing them into compliance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine of September 07, 2016 No. 1490-VIII “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Ratification of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Optional Protocol thereto”, which amended these documents in accordance with the updated official translation into Ukrainian of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the Optional Protocol thereto and the word “disabled” has been replaced by the words “persons with disabilities.” Electronic consultations with the public on the draft order are held here.
