In accordance with Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, a one-time fee in the amount of one subsistence minimum is charged for issuing a license, based on the size of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, which is valid on the day of the licensing authority's decision to issue a license, unless a different amount of payment is established by law.
According to Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2024” from January 01, 2024, the subsistence minimum per person (for able-bodied persons) per month is UAH 3028.

Please note that in accordance with the second paragraph of the eighth part of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities”, the fee for granting a license in the part to which the licensee intends to expand his activities is charged as for obtaining a new license.
