Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 05, 2023 No. 1273, which entered into force on February 7, 2024, amending the License Conditions for conducting economic activities for the production and repair of non-military firearms and their ammunition, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 milligrams meter and bullet flight speed of more than 100 meters per second, trade in non-military firearms and ammunition therefor, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons of caliber over 4.5 millimeters and flight speed bullets over 100 meters per second; production of special devices charged with tear and irritant substances, personal protection, active defense and their sale, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 02, 2015 No. 1000.

These amendments oblige business entities, starting from February 07, 2024, to conduct economic activities for the production, repair, trade of weapons, ammunition for it, special means, exclusively within the premises of conducting economic activities, having gained access to the corresponding functional subsystem of the unified information system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

At the same time, the introduced amendments provide for the exclusion of Appendices 4-7 and 9-12 to the License Conditions, and therefore the maintenance of previously established accounting books in paper form is currently no longer mandatory.
