In accordance with paragraph 11 of Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On Licensing of Business Activities” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 05, 2015 No. 609 “On Approval of the List of Licensing Bodies and Recognition as Invalid Certain Decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, the Ministry of Internal Affairs is the licensing body of the species economic activities, part of which, in particular, is the production and trade of ammunition for non-military firearms.

In order to carry out economic activities for the production and trade of ammunition for non-military firearms, it is necessary to obtain the appropriate license by applying to the licensing authority with an application, attaching to it the documents provided for in paragraph 5 of the License Conditions approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 02 2015 year number 1000.

Licensing of economic activities for the production of ammunition for military weapons by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is not carried out.
