Notification of the processing of personal data (hereinafter - Notification)

In accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of the second part of Article 8, part of the second article 12 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine informs about the owner, manager, location, composition and purpose of collecting personal data processed using the software tools of the Mobile Application “Wings” (hereinafter - the Mobile App), third parties, to whom such personal data are transferred, and the rights of the subject of personal data. Composition of personal data processed 1.1.

The composition of personal data includes: a) surname, first name
and patronymic of the person;
b) registration number of the taxpayer's registration card from the State Register of Individual Taxpayers;
c) place of residence;
d) e-mail address;
e) mobile phone number;
f) date of birth; g) citizenship; h) blood group, rhesus fax (i) geolocation (separate consent of the subject of personal data). 1.2.



The mobile application, with the separate consent of the subject of personal data, may receive information about the location of the mobile device using GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth technologies, or given the distance to the nearest mobile base station. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and/or INFOTEH uses this information to transmit to the National Police of Ukraine an urgent appeal for help in case of domestic violence. 1.3.
The subject of personal data has the right to withdraw consent to the determination of the location of the mobile device, by disabling access to geodata in the settings of the mobile device. 1.4.
The collection of the surname, name, patronymic (if available), registration number of the taxpayer's registration card, e-mail address, mobile phone number and other personal data is carried out:
- during authentication and authorization, which is carried out using ID.GOV.UA; - by directly providing the person with his/her personal data during registration and subsequent use of the Mobile Application. 1.5.

Processing of personal data means any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and dissemination (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data carried out using the Mobile Application. 2.

Location of personal data 2.1.

Personal data will be stored at the address: 04050, Ukraine, m. Kyiv,
str. Bogomoletsa, 10. 3.

Purpose of personal data processing 3.1.

Personal data is processed for one or more purposes:
a. creating and ensuring the functioning of the Mobile Application;
b. providing, using the Mobile Application, services for which the personal data subject requests.

4. Terms
4.1
. The Ministry of Internal Affairs stores personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing, but not longer than 5 years, unless otherwise specified by law.

5. Third-party services and data transfer to third parties 5.1.
The third parties to whom the personal data processed are transferred are:
a. the technical platforms and services that ensure the operation or availability of the Mobile Application and through which the data is stored and structured; b.
National Police of Ukraine (system of centralized management of patrol service uniforms, which includes service 102, dispatcher, on-duty district department of the National Police of Ukraine and other persons to protect vital interests of personal data subjects), in particular in the case of seeking assistance for domestic violence; c. to other persons applying to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and/or INFOTECH and have the right to obtain personal data only on the grounds specified by law. 5.2.

The mobile application may contain links to third-party web services. The company is not responsible for the content of such services and the processing of personal data on them. The personal data subject must read the data processing notice of each web service to which it accesses. 5.3.
Only the user (the subject of personal data) who has registered with the help of the available authentication and authorization means has the ability to obtain the information generated using the available means of authentication and authorization. 6.

Rights of the subject of personal data 6.1.

The subjects of personal data have the rights that are provided for in Art. 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, in particular, these are as follows:
a. to know about the sources of collection, the location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, the location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or controller of personal data or to give an appropriate order to receive this information to the persons authorized by it, except in cases established by law; b. to receive information on the conditions for providing access to personal data, in particular information about third parties to whom his personal data is transferred; c. to

access to your personal data;
d. receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except as provided by law, an answer as to whether his personal data is processed, as well as to receive the content of such personal data;
e. make a reasoned request to the holder of the personal data objecting to the processing of his personal data; f. make a reasoned request for the modification or destruction of their personal data by any owner and controller of the personal data, if these
data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;
g. to protect your personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to deliberate concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of such personal data, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or defames honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual; h. to lodge complaints about the processing of their personal data with the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights or to the court; i. apply legal remedies in the event of

violation of legislation on the protection of personal data;
j. to know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
k. to protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences for it.

7.1. The Ministry of Internal Affairs may update the Notice from time to time, so we recommend that you periodically review this page 7.2.
If the personal data subject has questions or suggestions regarding the operation of the Mobile Application or the content of the Notification, the latter may leave such requests and suggestions by filling out the online form “Feedback” located in the Mobile Application.
