Since January 01, 2023, in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 27, 2022 No. 631 “On Amendments to Paragraph 1 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2003 No. 61”, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has been given the authority to affix an apostille on official documents issued The Ministry of Internal Affairs, its territorial bodies for the provision of service services and separate registration points of the qualified electronic trust service provider - the accredited key certification center of the Ministry internal affairs of Ukraine. The apostille

is subject to affixing only the original extracts from the information-analytical system “Accounting for information on bringing a person to criminal responsibility and the presence of a criminal record”, which are formed in paper form and contain the seal of the issuing authority (if the information is indicated on both pages of the same sheet of burning an apostille must be affixed on each page) and the signature of its responsible person. To affix the apostille to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, it is necessary to submit:



• the original of the completed Application for affixing an apostille (here);
• the original of the document to be certified by the apostille (in paper form); • the original of the receipt of the banking institution for the payment of services for affixing the apostille or a copy of the document confirming the right to exemption from payment for service. An application for affixing an apostille together with the original receipt of a banking institution for payment of services for affixing an apostille can be submitted simultaneously with the submission of a request for an extract on criminal liability, absence (presence) of a criminal record or restrictions provided for by the criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine.

Fees for the provision of apostille affixing services

In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated 27.12.2022 No. 860 “On Settlement of the Size and Procedure for Payment of Apostille Stamping Services” registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 26.01.2023 under No. 161/39217, a fee for the provision of affixing services was established in the amount of - three non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens (51 UAH.00 cop.)
