Information about own vehicles

The electronic driver's office is an online service that provides all the up-to-date information about your vehicles, as well as the opportunity to use some services of the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs online

 

You can for free and in a couple of clicks:

— find out all the current information about your vehicles (technical characteristics, ownership, car history);

— check whether burdens are imposed on the vehicle;

— promptly receive full information about administrative violations and pay a fine for them;

— review information about your driver's license (national, international);

— sign up for a service at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (possibly in the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in which there is an electronic queue);

— check whether the desired individual license plate is free.

 

Checking any vehicle by its VIN code

Free information:

— the last operation with the vehicle;

— date of the last registration of the vehicle;

— the place of the last registration (CCC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs);

— brand;

— model;

— license plate;

— vehicle type;

— the purpose of the vehicle;

— year of issue;

— volume (power) of the engine;

— color;

— type of fuel;

— the number of seats with the driver's seat;

— mass without load;

— full weight.

Pay* information:

— number of owners;

— the presence of burdens on the car;

— passing mandatory technical control;

— availability of information on compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of land vehicles;

— the number of road accidents involving vehicles;

— date of first registration;

— special marks.

 

Note that the service provides data that does not contain confidential information of the owner of the vehicle

Take advantage of the features:

Section “Driver card”: general information about your car, fines for traffic violations, driver's license, records in the electronic queue, etc.

Section “Vehicle fleet”: all vehicles that you own — their license plates, makes, models, specifications, etc. (only vehicles registered after 2013 are displayed in the cabinet). Section “Electronic queue”: the ability to register online in the queue for receiving the service at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and view the history of your records.

Section “Fines”: the ability to view and download the history of your administrative traffic violations (protocol number, date of commission, article of offense, etc.) and pay fines for them.

Section “Order INS”: an opportunity to check if the desired individual license plate is available in your region.

Section “Vehicle verification”: the ability to check the VIN code of any vehicle that has been registered on the territory of Ukraine since 2013. A VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) is a vehicle identification number consisting of 17 characters (digits and letters except I, O and Q).

How to create your electronic driver account?

  1. 1. Go to the website of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs e-driver.hsc.gov.ua. E-cabinet is also available on the Government portal kmu.gov.ua — in the section “Electronic services”;
  2. 2. Authorize with an electronic digital signature (EDS), BankID or MobileID;
  3. 3. Indicate your e-mail (information required for notifications of fines and encumbrances) and mobile phone number (information is required for registration in the electronic queue). If you did not immediately add this information, then you can specify it by going to the “My profile” section.
