The Main Directorate of the National Police in Sumy Oblast conducts a competition for the purchase of an apartment on the secondary market in the city of Sumy to provide housing for police officers and employees of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Sumy region.
Source of financing of the competition: funds of the State Budget of Ukraine.
Subject of purchase: acquisition from the city. The amount of two apartments — 1st one-room (total area in the range from 30 sq.m to 52.5 sq.m) and 1st two-room (total area in the range from 40 sq.m to 73.5 sq.m), the total area of which in the aggregate should not exceed 98.97 sq.m, the cost is not more than 22,519,50 UAH. for one square meter and a total cost of not more than 2 228 700.00 UAH
Condition of apartments: must be suitable for living.
