4.1. Name of the subject of purchase: Acquisition of apartments on the secondary market for GUNP in the Cherkasy region.

4.2. Description of the subject of purchase:

One-room or one-bedroom apartment in the city of Cherkasy - 3 (three) apartments, with a total area of up to 65.00 sq.m each.

The cost of 1 sq. m of apartments should not exceed the indicator of the indirect cost of housing construction in the Cherkasy region, determined by the Order of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine dated 09.03.2023 No. 139 using a coefficient of 1.5 in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of 10.10.2018 No. 819.

Apartments offered for purchase on the secondary market must be located in residential buildings that have been put into operation at the time of submission of proposals and which have been built within the last 10 years or the period for the reconstruction or overhaul of housing is not more than three years before the date of purchase. The apartment must have a 100% degree of construction readiness and internal finishing work.

Participants may be offered apartments, the total area of which exceeds the above area within the available financial resource.
