Name of the subject of purchase: Acquisition of apartments in the secondary market to provide housing for police officers and employees of GUNP in Cherkasy region. 4.2.
Description of the subject of purchase:
Five apartments in the city of Cherkasy, with a total area of up to 94.50 sq.m. each, within the available financial resource according to KEKV 3121 “Capital construction (acquisition) of housing”. The cost of 1 sq. m of apartments should not exceed the indicator of the indirect
cost of housing construction in Cherkasy region defined by the Order of the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine dated 17.02.2022 No. 53 with the application of a coefficient of 1.5 in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 10.10.2018 No. 819. Offered for purchase on the secondary market
apartments must be located in residential buildings that have been put into operation at the time of submission of proposals and which have been built within the last 10 years or the period for the reconstruction or major overhaul of housing is not more than three years before the date of purchase. The apartment must have a 100% degree of construction readiness and internal maintenance work.
Participants may be offered apartments, the total area of which exceeds the above area within the available financial resource KEQ 3121 “Capital construction (acquisition) of housing”.
