5.1. For lot No. 1 — did not take place due to the lack of competitive offers;

5.2. For lot No. 2 — did not take place in connection with the submission for participation in the competition less than two tender offers;

5.3. For lot No. 3, the winner was recognized as the winner of the Industrial Construction Group “Etalon Bud” (Taxpayer's number 41110279), namely: 2 two-room apartments with a total area of 110 sq.m., with a total value of UAH 3,278,000.00.

In addition, Budmarin LLC (code 33656758) was recognized as the winner, namely: 1 one-bedroom apartment with a total area of 49.8 sq.m., with a total cost of UAH 1,489 020.

5.4. Lot No. 4 — did not take place due to the lack of competitive offers;
