Announcement № 2 of 30.05.2023 on the results of the competition for the purchase of apartments in the secondary market of GUNP in the Kiev region

The Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kiev region held a competition for the purchase of apartments in the secondary market in the city of Kiev and the Kiev region to provide housing for police officers and employees of the GUNP in the Kiev region.

The purchase of apartments is carried out in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 16, 2011 No. 147.

Source of financing of the competition: funds of the State Budget of Ukraine.

Subject of purchase:

lot number 1 — two apartments in the city of Kiev;

Lot No. 2 — one apartment located in residential buildings of settlements of the Kiev region, located at a distance of up to 15 km from the city limits. Kiev.

The condition of the apartments offered for purchase must be suitable for living, the construction work performed in accordance with the norms, standards and rules and meet the requirements of the tender documentation.

The disclosure of tender offers took place at 11.00 on May 25, 2022 at the address: ul. Vladimirskaya, 15, m. Kiev.

Information about the results of the competition:

1) for lot No. 1 (two apartments in the city of Kiev) — the competition was held, the winners of the competition were determined:

individual Kuzika T.L. (TIN 3137701476) with the offer of one-room apartment with a total area of 69.9 sq.m.

natural person Kryvdu V.O. (TIN 1989414948) with the offer of a two-room apartment with a total area of 72.8 sq.m.

2) for lot No. 2 (one apartment located in residential buildings of settlements of the Kiev region, located at a distance of up to 15 km from the city limits. Kyiv) — the competition was canceled due to the lack of competitive offers.
