5.4. According to lot No. 4 — the winner is the JSC “ZNVKIF “Eco Capital”, (EDRPOU code 40884976), namely: 1 one-bedroom apartment with a total area of 46,9 sq.m., with a total value of 1 538 320,00 UAH.
