   4.1. Name of the subject of purchase: purchase of apartments in the secondary market to provide housing for ordinary and senior staff of the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Lviv region 4.2.
   Description of the subject of the competition or its parts:
   Lot 1 — up to 10 one-room apartments in the city. Lviv;
   Lot 2 — up to 10 one-bedroom apartments in the city Lviv;
   Lot 3 — up to 15 one-room apartments in settlements located at a distance of up to 15 km from the city. Lviva*

   Lviv to the settlement in which housing is offered is the shortest distance from the road sign “The end of the settlement” (Lviv) to the road sign “The beginning of the settlement” (the settlement in which housing is offered) on highways with asphalt pavement. By participating in the competition, the Participant agrees that the lots indicate the maximum number of apartments that the Customer plans to purchase and the Customer may purchase apartments in any quantity from those offered by the Participant. 4.3.
