| Official duties | Responsible for the organization of preventive and therapeutic measures aimed at protecting and strengthening the health of persons served in health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, provides control over their implementation according to the standards established by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Provides control over the elimination of the causes and conditions of occurrence and spread of outbreaks of infectious diseases, occupational diseases, epidemics, poisonings of the contingent attached to departmental medical institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Prepares relevant documents, including methodological recommendations, instructions, etc. Ensures the development and takes direct part in the development in accordance with the established procedure of draft regulations on the treatment of diseases of any nasology, including those with COVID-19. Receives citizens for the provision of medical care, other medical services in departmental medical institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in particular in the conditions of acute respiratory illness COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. Within its competence, organizes the consideration of calculations of the cost of paid services provided by health institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Organizes the provision of departmental medical institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with medical equipment, medicines, dressings, etc. Provides control over their storage, accounting and rational use. |
| Terms of pay | Official salary according to the staffing table in the amount of 16,000 hryvnias. Increase to the official salary by rank in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017. | The list of information required for appointment to a vacant position, including the form, addressee and deadline for its submission | A person wishing to participate in the selection for appointment to a vacant position shall submit the following information through the Unified State Service Vacancies Portal: 1) an application indicating the main reasons for taking up the position in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Procedure for Appointment to Civil Service Positions for the period of quarantine established in order to prevent the spread in Ukraine of the acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 290 of April 22, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure); 2) summary of a form in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Procedure; 3) a statement notifying that it is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Purge of Power”, and gives consent to the inspection and to the disclosure of information about it in accordance with the said Law. Appendices to the application are not mandatory for submission. A person who has expressed a desire to participate in the selection for appointment to a vacant position may submit additional information confirming compliance with the requirements set out in the advertisement, in particular in relation to work experience, professional competences, reputation (characteristics, recommendations, scientific publications, etc.). Information is accepted until 6 pm on November 2, 2020. |
