Official duties |
1. Participates in the development of draft internal regulatory documents necessary for the organization of the Ministry's implementation of the mandates of the highest state authorities on the protection of the financial interests of the European Union, provides communication with the European Agency for the Prevention of Abuse and Fraud (OLAF), the European Commission and the European Commission by auditors on the implementation of Section VI of the Association Agreement and its Annexes. 2. Prepares reference and information materials for the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and DMS on the activities of the department in accordance with the competence. 3. Analyzes the measures for the implementation of the obligations of Ukraine provided for in Article 459 of the Association Agreement and, based on the results of the analysis, forms proposals on improving the mechanism for preventing fraud, combating it and other violations affecting the financial interests of Ukraine and the EU, and informs about them quarterly to the Chairman of the Interagency Coordination Council and Government Office on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. 4. Receives, summarizes information on possible violations during the use of financial assistance received from the European Union in Ukraine and ensures its full transfer to the competent authorities of Ukraine and the EU. 5. Provides translation from foreign languages into foreign languages of documents received by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, necessary for the organization of international cooperation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in a multilateral format, in particular, cooperation with international organizations. 6. Provides preparation and summarization of materials for the annual report of Ukraine on measures taken in connection with the detection of fraud using EU funds. 7. Develops and elaborates draft legislative and other regulatory acts of Ukraine, draft regulatory acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on issues within the competence of the department. 8. Provides organizational, informational and logistical support for the activities of the Interdepartmental Coordination Council on Counteracting Violations that Affect the Financial Interests of Ukraine and the EU. 9. Carries out consideration of citizens' appeals and requests for public information on issues within the competence of the department. 10. Participates: in the work of individual expert and working groups on issues within the competence of the department; in providing advisory and legal assistance to the structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs apparatus, territorial bodies, institutions, institutions and enterprises belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in matters of cooperation with international organizations and protection of the financial interests of the European Union falling within the competence of the Department. |
Terms of pay |
Official salary according to the staffing table in the amount of 10,600 hryvnias. Increase to the official salary by rank in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017. No. 15 “Issues of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (with amendments). Other allowances, surcharges and bonuses — in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service” |

A person wishing to participate in the selection for appointment to a vacant position shall submit the following information through the Unified State Service Vacancies Portal: 1) a statement indicating the main reasons for taking office in the form in accordance with Appendix 1 to the Procedure for Appointment to Public Service Positions for the period of quarantine established in order to prevent the spread in Ukraine of the acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers Law of Ukraine dated April 22, 2020 No. 290 (hereinafter referred to as the Order); 2) a resume in the form in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Procedure; 3) a statement informing that it is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Purge of Power”, and gives consent to the inspection and to the disclosure of information about it in accordance with the said Law. Appendices to the application are not mandatory for submission. A person who has expressed a desire to participate in the selection for appointment to a vacant position may submit additional information confirming compliance with the requirements set out in the advertisement, in particular in relation to work experience, professional competences, reputation (characteristics, recommendations, scientific publications, etc.).
