holding a tender for the vacant position of the head of the department of work of the production studio of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;

Official duties

1. Organizes the creation of new promising projects and oversees the production of individual television cycles and programs, thematic television stories, reports and other software products. Within its competence, he conducts the leadership of the creative group of the TV project.

2. Within its competence, together with other responsible persons and creative workers, it is engaged in the development of a rational technological process for the production of future programs, approves all ideas and proposals from the management and coordinates them with the relevant services of the Department and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. Provides the entire cycle of television production: preparatory stage, filming process, broadcast, editing, voice-over, etc., up to the delivery of ready-to-air programs, videos, and placement on Internet resources.

4th. Supervises the production of individual television cycles and programs, thematic television stories, reports and other software product. Within its competence, he conducts the leadership of the creative group of the TV project.

5. Gives an editorial assessment of the topics and materials declared in the programs, if necessary, edits all the supporting and information materials necessary for the creation of programs.

6th. Controls the selection, preparation, systematization of all the facts and materials necessary for writing scripts, conducts negotiations with the heroes of future video materials, if necessary prepares them for future interviews (oral speech).

7th. Within its competence, makes proposals for planning and ensuring the implementation of the process of program production and production of social videos.

8. Controls the quality and timeliness of the preparation of programs for the air.

9th. Receives from the communication units of the Central Intelligence Agency, whose activities are coordinated by the Minister of Internal Affairs, the information necessary for the performance of functions and tasks related to the competence of the Department of Communications.,

10. Provides relevant information and explanations to other structural units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the CEV, whose activities are coordinated by the Minister of Internal Affairs within his competence

11. Provides a rational distribution of loads between employees, creates conditions for creative growth and professional development of personnel.

12. Organizes briefings, press conferences, live broadcasts on radio and television, “round tables” with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

I'm 13. Develops and implements plans for comprehensive SMM campaigns.

Terms of pay

 

- official salary — UAH 6031;

- an increase to the official salary by rank in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 06.04.2016 No. 292 “Some issues of remuneration of civil servants”;

- allowances and surcharges (in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”).

Official duties

1. Within its competence, together with other responsible persons and creative employees, it ensures the development of a rational technological process for the production of future programs, offers options for efficient production, prepares proposals for the activities of the production studio of the Ministry of Internal Affairs informs the management and coordinates them with the relevant units of the apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

2. Provides and organizes the entire cycle of television production: preparatory stage, filming process, broadcasting, editing, voice-over and delivery of finished video material for broadcast of programs, videos, and placement on Internet resources.

3. Prepares a report and documentation on financial and material costs for the production of programs.

4. Supervises the production of individual television cycles and programs, thematic television stories, reports and other software product. Within its competence, it conducts the management of creative groups of television projects.

5. Within its competence, it provides a rational distribution of loads between employees, creates conditions for creative growth and professional development of personnel.

6. Organizes briefings, press conferences, live broadcasts on radio and television, “round tables” with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

7. Develops and implements plans for comprehensive SMM campaigns.

8. Responsible for office work in the department.

9. Timely considers letters, appeals, applications, complaints, requests for information on issues within the competence of the department.

1. Carries out the management of the department within the powers delegated to it by the head of the department. In the absence of the head of the department, he performs his duties. Ensures the performance of the following tasks and functions assigned to the department:

3.
