FOR HOLDING THE TENDER FOR THE POSITION OF PUBLIC SERVICE OF CATEGORY “B” — HEAD OF DEPARTMENT № 5 OF DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATIZATION AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE LEADERSHIP OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE DEPARTMENT FOR ENSURING THE ACTIVITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF UKRAINE

General conditions

Official duties

directly manages the work of the department, controls the state of organizational and executive discipline, the quality of execution of tasks and orders of the management of the Ministry by subordinate employees;

organizes and ensures:
performance of tasks and functions assigned to the department; execution of work plans of the Ministry and Department on issues related to the work of the department;
preparation of necessary information, analytical, statistical, reference materials, report notes, orders and other documents on issues within the competence of the department;
implementation of monitoring supervision and control over the performance by employees of the department of job instructions, rules of internal labor and service regulations; participation in the development of

draft legislative and regulatory acts in the areas of work of the department;
checking the completeness of documents received from the structural divisions of the Ministry and their transfer to the Deputy Minister for signature or visa; processing of incoming correspondence received for consideration by the Deputy Minister from the Verkhovna Rada Council of Ukraine, Administration of the President of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, from People's Deputies of Ukraine, ministries and other central executive
bodies, local self-government bodies, organizations, departments etc., and prepares draft resolutions and assignments for this correspondence; raising the level of personal professional competence and improving the organization of the department's official activities;
raising the level of professional competence of civil servants of the department through participation in training;
implementation of a unified state policy aimed at achieving equal the rights and opportunities of women and men within their powers and compliance within their competence with the principles of ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men in their activities,
Preventing and countering discrimination on the basis of sex.

Performs other separate orders of management, Department, Ministry granted on the basis of and within the powers provided by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine

Terms of pay

official salary — 13 700 UAH;

allowances, surcharges, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”;

increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended)

Information about the duration or indefinite duration of the appointment to the position

indefinitely;

the term of appointment of a person who has reached the age of 65 is one year with the right of re-appointment without the obligatory holding of a competition annually

1) application for participation in the competition indicating the main reasons for holding the position according to the form in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Procedure for holding a tender for public service positions, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2016 No. 246 (as amended);

2) a resume in the form in accordance with Appendix 2 1, which necessarily indicates the following information:
surname, first name, patronymic of the candidate;
details of the document certifying the identity and confirming the citizenship of Ukraine; confirmation of the availability of the relevant degree of higher education;
information on work experience, civil service experience (if available), experience work in relevant positions in the relevant field, defined in the conditions of the competition, and in
managerial positions (if applicable);

3) a statement informing that it is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Purge of Power”, and gives consent to the inspection and disclosure of information about it in accordance with the said Law;

4) a copy of the State Certificate on the level of proficiency in the state language (extract from the register of State certificates on the level of proficiency in the state language), confirming the level of proficiency in the state language, determined by the National Commission on Standards of the State Language.

unconditionally and qualitatively fulfills the tasks and orders specified in the work plans of the Ministry, tasks, orders, instructions and orders of the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs;

preparation of necessary informational, analytical, statistical, reference materials and other documents on issues within the competence of the department; elaboration of the
