General conditions

Official duties

carries out organizational and methodological management of the department and control over the work of its employees, on compliance by employees of the department with the rules of internal labor regulations and implementation of the legislation of Ukraine on civil service issues, prevention of corruption, etc.;

provides information-analytical support to the activities of the Office;

prepares and submits for signature or approval to the Minister, his deputy, according to the distribution of functional responsibilities, draft organizational and administrative acts developed by the Office;

by order of the Head of the Department prepares information-analytical, statistical materials and other documents on issues within the competence of the department;

processes incoming correspondence, which comes from ministries, departments, other executive bodies, considers complaints, statements and appeals of citizens and carries out their timely execution in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On State Secrets”, provides control over work in this direction among subordinate employees, as well as in within the competence processes documents with the stamp “For official use”;

organizes the collection, generalization of information-analytical, statistical materials and other documents on issues within the competence of the Office;

provides preparation in the areas of activity, draft orders, decisions of the Board of the Ministry, meetings of the management of the Department, department, other documents;

organizes, within the competence, meetings of working groups, meetings, preparation of materials for them;

participates in the work of departmental, interdepartmental working groups established in order to prepare amendments to the current legislation in the field of combating drug crime, improving the level of combating it;

within the limits of the powers conferred, prepares materials based on the results of meetings, departmental, interdepartmental working groups

Terms of pay

official salary — 13 700 UAH;

allowances, surcharges, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”;

increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended)

Information about the duration or indefinite duration of the appointment to the position

indefinitely;

the term of appointment of a person who has reached the age of 65 is one year with the right of re-appointment without the obligatory holding of a competition annually

2) a summary in the form in accordance with Annex 2 1, in which the following ^information is necessarily indicated:

surname, first name, patronymic of the candidate;

details of the document certifying the identity and confirming the citizenship of Ukraine;

confirmation of the availability of an appropriate degree of higher education;

confirmation of the level of fluency in the state language;

information about work experience, civil service experience (if available), work experience in relevant positions in the relevant field defined in the competition, and in managerial positions (if applicable);

3) a statement informing that it is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Purge of Power”, and gives consent to the inspection and to the disclosure of information about it in accordance with the said Law.

carries out prospective and current work planning, timely and high-quality implementation of planned activities and analysis of the effectiveness of implemented measures;

collects, summarizes and analyzes the results of practical activities of law enforcement agencies in the field of combating drug crime, advanced domestic and foreign experience in this field, preparation of informational and analytical documents on issues falling within its competence;

carries out strategic analysis and forecasting of the development of the operational situation in the field of combating drug crime;

submits proposals on improving activities in the field of combating drug crime;

develops draft orders, decisions of meetings of the management of the Department, the Council of the Ministry and other documents, in the areas of activity;

submits proposals on the directions of analytical research;

provides prompt information to the management of the department and the Office about crimes in the field of illicit drug trafficking, which can cause significant public resonance;

ensures the practical implementation by the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs measures on compliance with anti-corruption legislation;

in accordance with job descriptions, works with secret documents containing information in the field of mobilization work.

Terms of pay

official salary — UAH 10,600;
