Official duties

· participates in the organization of medical care for contingents, which are defined in regulatory acts;

· participates in the preparation of proposals for determining the priority directions of development of the departmental health system, improving the organization and management of activities in health care institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;

· coordinates activities and organizes interaction with the central executive authorities on medical issues;

· participates in planning the work of the Department, development of targeted and prospective programs of departmental medicine on the organization of medical care, medical rehabilitation, rehabilitation and sanatorium-resort treatment, control over their implementation and implementation;

· under the instructions of the management of the Office, within the limits of the powers granted, cooperates with organizations, institutions of other countries in the exchange of work experience and participates in the conclusion of agreements on the purchase of equipment, medicines, etc.;

· participates in the preparation of normative and legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, development of reviews, methodological letters and other documents in the scope of tasks assigned to the department;

· provides high-quality and timely consideration of applications from state authorities, local self-government bodies, public associations, enterprises, institutions and organizations, citizens in the direction of activity of the department;

· carries out other separate directives of the management of the Department.

Terms of pay

· official salary — 5686 UAH ;

· increase to the official salary by rank in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 06.04.2016 No. 292 “Some issues of remuneration of civil servants”;

· allowances and surcharges (in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”).

Official duties

· provides information and methodological assistance to employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, police officers, servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as “NGU”), pensioners from among ordinary and senior staff of internal affairs bodies, NGU servicemen, police officers, members of their families, veterans internal affairs bodies in the exercise of the right to medical and sanatorium-resort provision in the MRC and LVL of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in accordance with the current legislation;

· receives and summarizes information from departmental medical institutions, bodies and units of the National Police of Ukraine, NGU, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, local executive bodies;

· on behalf of the management of the Department participates in the work of inspection teams for checking the activities of medical institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system, provides preparation of tasks during business trips to them;

· takes part in the preparation of materials for consideration by the colleges, proposals in the areas of activity of the department;

· on assignment, interacts with the sanitary-epidemiological service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the control of ensuring the proper sanitary-epidemiological condition in the MRI and LVL of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

· participates in the information and methodological support of the activities of the MRI and LVL of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

· on the instructions of the management of the Department prepares drafts of organizational and methodological materials, methodological recommendations and instructions on the organization of rehabilitation, sanatorium-resort treatment, rehabilitation and recreation in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;

· participates in the preparation and generalization of work plans (quarterly, annual) of the department;

· participates in the development of relevant draft regulations;
