Official duties |
manages and organizes the work of the department: ensures the performance of tasks and functions assigned to the department; monitors and controls the performance by employees of the department of official duties, rules of internal labor and official regulations; ensures an increase in the level of professional competence of the department employees through internal training; provides mandatory orders to employees of the structural unit on issues related to its functional powers, monitors their implementation; organizes the planning of the work of the structural unit, performs the tasks and instructions of the management on issues falling within the competence of the structural unit, and prepares, within the competence, proposals to the management on improving the forms and methods of organizing work; predicts the main directions of transformation of internal and external factors of the functioning of the Ministry of Internal Affairs system and prepares analytical materials on ensuring effective management at the strategic level; contribute to ensuring the implementation of a unified state policy aimed at achieving equal rights and opportunities for women and men within their powers; organizes the preparation of meetings with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry, prepares the necessary materials, monitors the execution of orders determined by the head at the meeting; assesses the possibilities and conditions for the implementation of specific directions of development of the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (reorganization, optimization, reform, etc.), develops projects of alternative management solutions; in the absence of the head of the department, performs his duties, coordinates with the head of the department the topic of research; organizes work with documents in accordance with the current legislation; fulfills individual orders of the Department's management |

Terms of pay |
official salary — 14 400 UAH; allowances, surcharges, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”; increase to the official salary for the rank of civil servant in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 “The issue of remuneration of employees of state bodies” (as amended) |

1) application for participation in the competition indicating the main reasons for holding the position according to the form in accordance with Appendix 2 to the Procedure for holding a tender for public service positions, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2016 No. 246 (as amended); 2) a summary in the form in accordance with Annex 2 1, in which the following information is necessarily indicated: surname, first name, patronymic of the candidate; details of the document certifying the identity and confirming the citizenship of Ukraine; confirmation of the availability of an appropriate degree of higher education; confirmation of the level of fluency in the state language; information about work experience, civil service experience (if available), work experience in relevant positions in the relevant field defined in the competition, and in managerial positions (if applicable); 3) a statement informing that it is not subject to the prohibitions specified in the third or fourth part of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Purge of Power”, and gives consent to the inspection and to the disclosure of information about it in accordance with the said Law. Submission of applications to the application is not mandatory. Information is accepted until 18:00pm on June 23, 2021 |
