4.1. Name of the subject of purchase: purchase of apartments on the terms of equity participation and on the secondary market to provide housing for servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine.

4.2. Information about the results of the competition:

• Lot 1 — m. Dnepropetrovsk up to 3 two-room apartments, the competition was not held in connection with the submission of less than two tender offers for the competition;
• Lot 2 — m. Zaporozhye 1 one-room apartment, the competition was not held in connection with the submission of less than two tender offers for the competition;
• Lot 3 — m. Zaporozhye 2 one-bedroom apartments, the competition was not held due to the submission of less than two tender offers for the competition;
• Lot 4 — m. Odessa (and settlements located at a distance of no more than 10 km. from the city) to 2 one-room apartments, the winner of the competition was recognized as the offer of LLC “Remstroy-Ukraine” (65009, m. Odessa, str. Pionerskaya, 11, cabin 36) with a cost of 1 sq. m of the total area of housing — 12 500.0 UAH, (2 apartments with a total area of 140.0 sq. m);
• Lot 5 — m. Odessa (and settlements located at a distance of no more than 10 km. from the city) up to 2 three-room apartments, the winner of the competition was recognized as the offer of LLC “Remstroy-Ukraine” (65009, m. Odessa, str. Pionerskaya, 11, cabin 36) with a cost of 1 sq. m of the total area of housing — UAH 12,500.0 (2 apartments with a total area of 169.5 sq. m);
• Lot 6 — m. Kharkiv up to 2 one-room apartments, the competition was awarded the winner of the competition was the proposal of OK “HBK Dubki” (61004, m. Kharkiv, str. Primakova, 46) with a cost of 1 sq. m of the total area of housing — UAH 8,850.0, (2 apartments with a total area of 109.3 sq. m).
