4.1. Name of the subject of purchase: purchase of apartments on the terms of equity participation and on the secondary market to provide housing for servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine.
4.2. Description of the subject of the competition or its parts:
Lot 1 — up to 3 apartments in the city. Vinnytsia;
Proposals for the supply of apartments in objects located in settlements located at a distance of up to 15 km. from the regional center were accepted for consideration. The distance from the regional center to the settlement in which housing is offered is the shortest distance from the road sign “End of the settlement” (regional center) to the road sign “The beginning of the settlement” (the settlement in which housing is offered) on highways with asphalt concrete coating.
The opening of tender offers took place on 17.08.2017 at 11-00 at the address: 03151, m. Kyiv, str. People's Militia, 9-A, meeting hall.
4.3. Information about the results of the competition:
Lot 1 — the contest was held, the winner was recognized:
LLC “Trading and Construction Company of Ukraine” (Taxpayer's number 39469135, legal address: 21036, m. Vinnytsia, str. Khmelnitsky highway, building 2, room 112), which offered 3 apartments with a total area of 185.86 square meters. at the address: p. Agronomichne, Vinnyts'kyi district, Vinnyts'kyi obl., str. Michurina.
