Lot 1 — 5 apartments in the city. Odessa, including: 2 - one-room apartments, 2 - two-room apartments and 1 - three-room apartment;

Lot 2 — 5 apartments in the city. Kharkiv, including: 1 — one-room apartment and 4 — three-room apartments;

Lot 3 — up to 20 apartments in the city. Boryspil, including: up to 8 - one-room apartments, up to 8 - two-room apartments and up to 4 - three-room apartments;

Lot 4 — up to 40 apartments in settlements of Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district, as well as in the cities of Bucha and Irpin of Kyiv region, of which no more than 22 — two-room apartments and no more than 7 — three-room apartments.

The opening of tender offers took place on 31.05.2018 at 11-00 at the address: 03151, m. Kyiv, str. People's Militia, 9-A.

4.3. Information about the results of the competition:

Lot 1 — the winner is determined by SE “Construction Department No. 2" OJSC TP “Odestransbud” (Taxpayer's number 22483602);

Lot 2 — the competition was not held due to the rejection of all tender offers;

Lot 3 — the winner is determined by “Transpromservis” LLC (Taxpayer's number 30535707);

Lot 4 — the winners are Sofia Bud Group LLC (Taxpayer's number 40544482) and Zhytloeconomia LLC (Taxpayer's number 32212775).
