4.1. Name of the subject of purchase: Acquisition of apartments in the secondary market to provide housing for police officers and employees of the GUNP in the Cherkasy region.

4.2. Description of the subject of purchase:

1. Apartment in the city of Cherkasy: one-room apartment, total area up to 52.00 sq.m. The cost of 1 sq.m apartment should not exceed 17 280, 00 UAH.

2. Apartment in the city of Zolotonosha, Cherkasy region: one bedroom apartment, total area up to 42.27 sq.m. The cost of 1 sq.m apartment should not exceed 14 311.00 UAH.

Apartments offered for purchase on the secondary market must be located in residential buildings that have been put into operation at the time of submission of proposals and which have been built within the last 10 years or the period for the reconstruction or overhaul of housing is not more than three years before the date of purchase.

The apartment must have a 100% degree of construction readiness and internal decoration work.

Participants may be offered apartments, the total area of which exceeds the above area within the available financial resource.

5. Period of purchase of apartments: until November 24, 2021.

6. Offer validity period: 30 calendar days.
