About the purchase of housing

In accordance with Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine “On Militia”, in order to improve social and living conditions and to provide housing for ordinary and senior members of the internal affairs bodies who need to improve housing conditions,

I ORDER:

1. In accordance with the Procedure for the use of funds provided for in the state budget for the construction (purchase) of housing for servicemen, ordinary and senior staff, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 147 of February 16, 2011 (hereinafter — the Procedure), to create a tender commission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Lviv region (hereinafter referred to as “the Procedure”) — GUMVS) for the purchase of housing on the terms of equity participation and in the secondary market and approve its composition:

Chairman of the Commission — Colonel of Militia Serhiy Viktorovych Zyubanenko, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

Members of the Commission:

• Colonel of the militia Tuz Igor Yaroslavovich, head of the department of material support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;
• Stetsiuk Zoya Anatolyevna, Head of the Department of Financial Provision and Accounting - GUMVI;
• Mikhnevich Galina Tadeivna, Head of the Internal Audit Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Police Major Sidor Oleksandra Bogdanivna, Senior Legal Adviser of the Legal Support Sector of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Colonel of the police Rodyniuk Liubomyr Volodymyrovych, head of the Internal Security Department in Lviv region of the Internal Affairs Bureau;
• Colonel of the militia Hrebenyuk Andriy Anatoliyovych, head of the Public Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Ronsky Roman Grigorovich, a leading specialist in the capital construction sector of the logistics management of the GUMVI.

2. To the Chairman of the Competition Commission, S.V. Zyubanenko, in accordance with the Procedure:

• ensure the publication of information about the competition and its results in the media;
• submit relevant information to the Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the purpose of its posting on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• to conduct competitive selection of proposals for the purchase of housing in the Lviv region;
• draw up an appropriate protocol based on the results of determining the winner of the competition;
• ensure the adoption of other necessary measures for the purchase of housing in the secondary market.

3. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to provide information about the competition on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
