About the purchase of housing

In accordance with Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine “On Militia” and with the aim of improving social and living conditions and providing housing for persons of the ordinary and senior staff of the Ministry's apparatus who need to improve housing conditions,

I ORDER:

In accordance with the Procedure for the use of funds provided for in the state budget for the construction (purchase) of housing for servicemen, ordinary and senior staff, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 147 of February 16, 2011 (hereinafter — the Procedure), to create a tender commission of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kiev region (hereinafter referred to as “the Procedure”) — GUMVS) for the purchase of housing in the secondary market and approve its composition:

Chairman of the Commission — Colonel of the Militia Tsenov Dmytro Mykolaiovych, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;

Members of the Commission:

• Colonel of the Stakhovsky militia Ivan Fedorovich, head of the department of material support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;
• Colonel of the militia Orlyuk Nina Vasylivna, Head of the Department of Financial Provision and Accounting of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Lieutenant Colonel of the police Rozhko Gennadiy Gennadievich, Acting Head of the Internal Audit Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
• Militia Major Overchuk Mykhailo Viktorovych, Head of Legal Support Sector of the GUMVI;
• Major of the militia Pavlenko Maxim Volodymyrovych, acting commissioner for particularly important matters of the Internal Security Department in the Kiev region of the Internal Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;
• Shevchuk Natalia Mikhailovna, Head of the Capital Construction Sector of the Material Provision Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

To the Chairman of the Competition Commission Tsenov D.M. in accordance with the requirements of the Procedure:

• ensure the publication of information about the competition and its results in the media;
• submit information to the Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for posting on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;
• to conduct a competitive selection of proposals for the purchase of housing in the Kiev region;
• draw up an appropriate protocol based on the results of determining the winner of the competition;
• ensure the adoption of other necessary measures for the purchase of housing in the secondary market.

Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to provide information about the competition on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
