About the purchase of housing

In accordance with Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine “On Militia” and with the aim of improving social and living conditions and providing housing for ordinary and senior members of internal affairs bodies who need to improve housing conditions,

I ORDER:

1. In accordance with the Procedure for the use of funds provided for in the state budget for the construction (purchase) of housing for servicemen, ordinary and senior staff, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 16, 2011 No. 147 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure), create a competitive commission for the purchase of housing in the secondary market and approved make its composition:

Chairman of the Commission — Deputy Head of the Material Support Department Lyudmila Ivanovna Shalievska;

Deputy Chairman of the Commission - Head of the Department of Capital Construction and Investment of the Department of Material Support Smityukhnatalya Nikolaevna;

Members of the Commission:

• Deputy Head of the Department of Legal Support — Head of Department Colonel of Militia Olga Gubareva;
• Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Audit Spivak Valery Petrovych;
• Deputy Head of the Department of Financial Provision and Accounting Lieutenant-Colonel Butenko Iryna Vitalyevna;
• Chief operating officer — Inspector of the Department of Internal Security, Major of the Militia Marinich Serhiy Petrovych.

2. The Competition Commission in accordance with the requirements of the Procedure:

• ensure the publication of information about the competition and its results in the media;
• submit information to the Department of Communications of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for posting on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;
• to conduct a competitive selection of proposals for the purchase of housing in the city. Kyiv and Kyiv region;
• draw up an appropriate protocol based on the results of determining the winner of the competition;
• ensure the adoption of other necessary measures for the purchase of housing in the secondary market.

3. Department of Communications (Shevchenko A.V.) to provide information about the competition on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
