Draft Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Regulation on the Functional Subsystem “Unified Register of Weapons” of the Unified Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs”

In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law) 11.04.2023 12:48pm we inform about the publication on April 11, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Regulation on Functionality subsystem “Unified Register of Weapons” of the Unified Information System of the Ministry of Internal Affairs” (hereinafter referred to as the draft order): https://mvs.gov.ua/normativna-baza-mvs/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/projekt-nakazu-ministerstva-vnutrisnix-sprav-ukrayini-pro-zatverdzennia-zmin-do-polozennia-pro-funkcionalnu-pidsistemu-jedinii-rejestr-zbroyi-jedinoyi-informaciinoyi-sistemi-ministerstva-vnutrisnix-sprav.

The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to ensure the participation of business entities in the provision of services in the sphere of circulation of objects, materials and substances covered by the permitting system of internal affairs bodies, in connection with the automation of the existing procedures for granting permits by means of the functional subsystem “Unified Register of Weapons” of the unified information system of the Ministry of the Interior.
