In compliance with the requirements of Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity”, we inform you about the publication on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on July 20, 2022 of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to certain resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on conducting mandatory technical control of vehicles” (hereinafter - the draft resolution): here.

The adoption of the draft resolution will ensure the simplification of the mechanism of interaction of subjects of mandatory technical control of vehicles with state bodies in the field of mandatory technical control of vehicles, optimization of the procedure for maintaining a nationwide database on the results of mandatory technical control.

In addition, the draft resolution will ensure an increase in the level of objectivity and transparency during the passage of mandatory technical control of vehicles by introducing a video recording of the process of checking the technical condition of the vehicle.

Comments and proposals from individuals and legal entities regarding the draft resolution shall be accepted within one month from the date of publication in writing to the e-mail address: info@hsс.gov.ua.
