On approval of standard information cards of administrative services provided by territorial bodies for the provision of service services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

In accordance with the second part of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Services” and in order to realize the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities in the field of administrative services

I ORDER:

1. Approve the following attached:

1) a standard information card of the administrative service for issuing a driver's license for the right to drive vehicles after graduation from an educational institution and passing exams;

2) a typical information card of the administrative service for re-taking exams on knowledge of traffic rules and vehicle driving skills;

3) a typical information card of the administrative service for re-taking exams in driving skills;

4) a standard information card of the administrative service for issuing a driver's license for the right to drive vehicles after the expiration of the period of deprivation of the right to drive a vehicle, which is 12 months or more (with passing exams);

5) a standard information card of the administrative service for issuing a driver's license for the right to drive vehicles in case of opening another category (with passing an exam);

6) a standard information card of the administrative service for issuing a driver's license for the right to drive vehicles in case of opening a lower category (with passing an exam);

7) a typical information card of the administrative service for issuing a certificate of training of drivers of vehicles transporting dangerous goods (with passing exams);

8) a typical information card of the administrative service for re-taking exams of the driver for the right to drive vehicles carrying dangerous goods;

9) a standard information card of the administrative service for issuing a certificate of training of the authorized officer for the safety of transportation of dangerous goods (with passing exams);

10) a typical information card of the administrative service for re-taking exams for the candidate for the right of commissioner for the safety of dangerous goods transportation;

11) a standard information card of the administrative service for issuing a certificate of admission of vehicles to the transportation of certain dangerous goods;

12) a typical information card of the administrative service for registration, re-registration of wheeled vehicles of all categories of domestic production and CIS countries with the issuance of a registration certificate and license plates, deregistration of the vehicle with the issuance of an account card and license plates for one-time trips;

13) a typical information card of the administrative service for registration, re-registration of wheeled vehicles of all categories of foreign production with the issuance of a registration certificate and license plates, deregistration of the vehicle with the issuance of an identification card and license plates for one-time trips;

14) a typical information card of the administrative service for registration, re-registration of motor vehicles, trailers of domestic production and CIS countries with the issuance of a registration certificate and license plates, deregistration of the vehicle with the issuance of an account card and license plates for one-time trips;

15) a typical information card of the administrative service for registration, re-registration of motor vehicles, trailers of foreign production with the issuance of a registration certificate and license plates, deregistration of the vehicle with the issuance of an identification card and license plates for one-time trips;

16) a typical information card of the administrative service for registration, re-registration of mopeds with the issuance of a registration certificate and license plate, deregistration of the vehicle with the issuance of an identity card and a license plate for one-time trips;

17) a standard information card of the administrative service for issuing a certificate of registration of wheeled vehicles in connection with its damage or unsuitability, making changes to the registration document;

18) a standard information card of the administrative service for issuing a certificate of registration of wheeled vehicles for traveling abroad;

19) a standard information card of the administrative service for issuing a temporary registration card for the right to drive a vehicle;

20) a typical information card of the administrative service for registration and issuance of permits for the installation and use on vehicles of special sound and/or light signaling devices of blue or yellow color;

21) a standard information card of the administrative service for the consideration of draft regulatory and technical documentation on the approval of projects of vehicle designs in terms of compliance with the requirements for ensuring road safety with the issuance of a certificate of design approval;

22) a typical information card of the administrative service for preparing documents and drawing up a conclusion on the further operation of a vehicle that is wanted by law enforcement agencies of foreign states;

23) a standard information card of the administrative service for issuing an opinion on the possibility of duplicating vehicle identification numbers;

24) a standard information card of the administrative service for issuing an opinion on the possibility of applying special individual vehicle identification numbers;

25) a typical information card of the administrative service for the manufacture of mock-ups of individual license plates of vehicles, which are made by order of vehicle owners, with the issuance of license plates (for one set);

26) a typical information card of the administrative service for registration and issuance of approval (conclusion) for the replacement of the number unit of the vehicle, as well as for the conversion of the vehicle without replacing the number units;

27) a typical information card of the administrative service for obtaining permission to issue documents, transit license plates related to the purchase or sale of vehicles and bodies (frames).

2. The main service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, regional service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for each administrative service provided by the relevant body in accordance with the law, to approve information and technological cards.

3. To recognize as invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine dated May 28, 2013 No. 518 “On approval of information and technological cards of administrative services provided by the State Traffic Inspectorate”.

4. Control over the execution of this order shall be entrusted to the Deputy Minister in accordance with the division of duties.
