We inform you about the publication on October 11, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On amendments to the list of paid services provided by the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Police and the State Migration Service, and the amount of fees for their provision” (hereinafter referred to as the draft resolution).

The draft resolution was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to streamline relations in the field of payment for the provision of certain administrative services by territorial bodies for the provision of services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as to maintain sustainable and high-quality provision of them at the expense of economically justified amounts of fees.
