In accordance with Articles 9, 13 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Field of Economic Activity” (hereinafter — the Law), we announce the publication on May 30, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Procedure for Issuance and Registration of Certificates on the admission of vehicles to the transportation of certain dangerous goods” (hereinafter — draft order): https://mvs.gov.ua/normativna-baza-mvs/proekti-normativnix-aktiv/projekt-nakazu-ministerstva-vnutrisnix-sprav-ukrayini-pro-zatverdzennia-zmin-do-poriadku-vidaci-ta-oformlennia-svidoctv-pro-dopushhennia-transportnix-zasobiv-do-perevezennia-viznacenix-nebezpecnix-vantaziv.

The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to regulate the procedure for the provision of administrative services in the field of road transportation of dangerous goods.
