We inform you about the publication on May 2, 2023 on the official website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of the draft order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine “On Approval of Amendments to the Instruction on the Procedure for Passing Examinations for Obtaining the Right to Drive Vehicles and Issuing Driver's Licenses” (hereinafter — the draft order).

The draft order was developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in order to improve the procedure for passing exams for obtaining the right to drive vehicles in territorial service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and bring the normative act of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine into compliance with the legislation.
